Greek Village Salad
Ingredients:
Vine tomatoes sliced into wedges
Cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
Red onion, thinly sliced into rings
Green bell peppers, stems removed, cut into rings
Kalamata, or other black Greek olives
Imported Greek Feta cheese, cut into chunks
Extra Virgin Greek olive oil
Finely chopped fresh oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, gently combine cucumber, tomatoes, onion, olives, Feta Cheese, oregano
Drizzle salad with olive oil and salt to taste.
